Day 3: Jingxi - Detian

From Jingxi we follow the small countryside roads towards south. First stop is in the village of Jiuzhou, which is just starting to discover tourism. Most scenic spot there is a lovely Pagoda Tower in the small river which invites for great pictures. Afterwards we drive through the countryside where we will stop at one place to have a little walk and discover a small but beautiful waterfall.
After a local lunch we drive to the Tongling Canyon. After a descent on stairs we arrive at the bottom of the canyon to discover the lush nature on the bottom of the canyon and the spectacular waterfall. On the way back you will come in a cave upon one of the few cliff burial sites in China. Afterwards drive to Detian where you can enjoy the beautiful Old Kapok Hotel for the rest of the day.
